Terms of service

1. Who this is with

Stickly.live is operated by Reverblunt Private Limited, Shop No. 70, Dwarka Expy, On Main Road, Gali Number 2, Tech Chand Nagar, Sector 104, Gurugram, Haryana 122006, India. “We” means that company. “You” means the customer who creates a workspace and installs the widget. Using the service means you accept these terms.

2. Your account

You sign in with Google and must keep that account secure. You are responsible for what happens under your workspace, including what your team members do with it.

3. What the service does

Stickly shows your users a list of tasks you define and records when a user claims one. It then tells your system, by signed webhook, that a reward is owed.

Stickly does not verify that a task was completed. No social or review platform offers a reliable way to check a follow, a star or a review, so the service is an honour system by design. Price your tasks accordingly. What Stickly does enforce is identity: on live keys the user is taken from a token you sign, never from the browser.

4. Rewards are yours

Credits are denominated and issued in your own product. Stickly never holds funds, never issues currency and is not a party to anything you give your users. Honouring a claimed reward is your obligation, not ours.

5. Plans, prices and billing

Current plans and prices are on the pricing section of our site. In summary: the Free plan is free and limited to 1,000 participants a month; Pro is $19 per month for 10,000 participants; Lifetime is a single payment of $199.

Prices are displayed in US dollars and charged in Indian rupees. Our payment processor is Razorpay Software Private Limited, and Reverblunt Private Limited is an Indian company that settles in INR. The rupee amount — currently ₹1,699 for Pro and ₹17,999 for Lifetime — is shown on the plan card and again on the payment sheet before you confirm. Your card issuer may apply its own conversion rate and foreign-transaction fee, which we do not control and do not receive. Applicable Indian taxes, including GST where it applies, are charged in addition or included as shown at checkout.

We do not store your card details. Those are handled by Razorpay under their own terms and PCI-DSS obligations.

A monthly plan renews each month until you cancel. We may change prices with at least thirty days’ notice by email; a change never applies to a billing period you have already paid for.

6. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel at any time and your plan runs to the end of the period you have paid for. Our refund terms are set out in full in the refund and cancellation policy, which forms part of these terms.

7. Delivery

Stickly is a digital service with nothing to ship. Access to a paid plan is granted to your workspace immediately on successful payment, and in any case within 24 hours. If a payment succeeds and your plan has not changed within that time, email support@stickly.live and we will fix it or refund it.

8. What you must not do

• Offer rewards in exchange for a review’s content or rating where the platform forbids it. Several review platforms allow incentivised reviews only where the incentive is unconditional and disclosed; complying with their rules, and with the advertising law that applies to you, is your responsibility.
• Use the widget to collect credentials, payments or personal data from your users.
• Resell or relabel the service as your own.
• Attempt to mint credits for users who did not claim them, to claim on another user’s behalf, or to overload or reverse-engineer the service.

9. Availability

The service is provided as is. We aim to keep it running and we do not promise an uptime figure we have not measured. If we make a material change that harms a paid plan, you may cancel and we will refund the unused part of that billing period.

10. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits, lost growth or indirect losses.

11. Ending it

You can delete your workspace at any time. We may suspend an account that breaks the rules above, and will say which rule and why.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Gurugram, Haryana, India have exclusive jurisdiction.
